Rus33 Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and rus33 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the rus33.app website, mobile application, and all services provided by our platform.

By performing any of the following actions, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms:

• Registering an account on the rus33 platform
• Making a deposit or withdrawal
• Using any game or service on the platform
• Accessing the rus33 website or app in any capacity

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which also form part of the overall agreement between you and rus33.

2Account Eligibility

To register and use the rus33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• At least 18 years old or the age of majority recognized in your region, whichever is higher.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not a resident or citizen of any country or territory that restricts or prohibits online gambling activities.
• Never previously banned, suspended, or barred from the rus33 platform.
• Not suffering from any acknowledged gambling addiction or currently enrolled in a gambling-related treatment programme.

Rus33 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified period may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

3Registration & KYC Verification

Each player is only permitted to register one (1) active account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using a different name, phone number, email address, ID number, or IP address — are prohibited and considered fraudulent.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as per valid identification document
• Valid identification card or passport number
• An active mobile number registered in your own name
• A valid and active email address
• Exact date of birth

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be required include a copy of your identity card, recent bank statement, and proof of address. All submitted documents will be handled with full encryption and confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Rus33 supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All financial transactions on our platform use 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your data.

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 for most payment methods.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes after successful payment confirmation.
• Rus33 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.
• Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 for most payment methods.
• Withdrawal requests that have met KYC requirements are processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your rus33 account.
• Rus33 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding certain limits as a security measure.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Rus33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special promotions. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements (wagering requirements) as stated in the respective promotion terms.

• Rollover requirements must be met before any winnings derived from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash.
• The bonus validity period is stated in each promotion's terms. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed.
• Rus33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and closure of the accounts involved.

In the event of any discrepancy between promotional information on the website and these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise by rus33 in writing.

6Game Rules

All games available on the rus33 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified and audited by independent international certification bodies. The outcome of every game is random and cannot be influenced by any party, including rus33 itself.

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing any bets.
• Minimum and maximum wagering values for each game apply at all times.
• In the event of any technical disruption during a game session, rus33 reserves the right to void and restore the affected rounds in accordance with valid system records.
• Wins resulting from technical errors, system bugs, or configuration errors are considered invalid and will not be paid out.
• Any game outcome recorded on the rus33 server is final and supersedes any on-screen display in the event of a discrepancy.

7Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the rus33 platform and may result in permanent account closure and legal action:

• Identity fraud — registering an account using false information or assuming another person's identity.
• Money laundering — using the platform to transfer or conceal funds from illegal activities.
• Use of automated software — using bots, automated scripts, or any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Collusion — colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Bonus abuse — registering multiple accounts or using dishonest methods to claim promotions.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities — exploiting any bugs, technical errors, or platform vulnerabilities for unauthorized gain.
• Hacking attempts — any attempt to breach, alter, or compromise the infrastructure and security of the rus33 platform.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Rus33 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms and Conditions.
• Activities suspected of fraud or dishonesty based on our system review.
• Failure to provide the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the player themselves.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid account balance that meets withdrawal requirements will be returned to the player upon completion of review, except in cases of terms violations resulting in balance forfeiture.

In the case of a temporary suspension for review purposes, we aim to complete the investigation within 5–7 business days and will notify the player of the outcome via their registered email.

9Liability Limit

Rus33 provides the platform with best efforts to ensure service availability and accuracy. However, the platform shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from service interruptions, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by the player.
• Decisions made by a player based on inaccurate information arising from the player's own error.
• Unauthorized access to a player's account resulting from the player's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

The maximum total liability of rus33 to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the player's account balance at the time the claim arises. All claims must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the incident giving rise to the claim.

10Privacy & Personal Data

Rus33 takes our responsibility to protect your personal data seriously. All information collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with internationally accepted data protection principles.

By using the rus33 platform, you agree that we may collect, process, and use your personal data for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and KYC process
• Processing of financial transactions
• Provision of customer support services
• Fraud detection and prevention
• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Product improvement and user experience enhancement

11Responsible Gaming

Rus33 is committed to promoting a healthy and responsible gaming culture. We recognize that gambling can be addictive for some individuals and take this responsibility seriously.

Our platform provides the following self-control tools, which you can activate at any time through your account settings:

• Daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits — Set a maximum deposit limit to manage your spending.
• Session time limits — Set a maximum duration for each gaming session before the system reminds you to take a break.
• Loss limits — Set a maximum loss limit before your account is temporarily locked from betting activity.
• Temporary self-exclusion — Lock your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Permanent self-exclusion — Permanently close your account if you feel that gaming has negatively impacted your life.

12Changes to Terms

Rus33 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any section of these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with business, legal, or operational requirements. Any material changes will be communicated to players via:

• A notice prominently displayed on the platform's homepage for at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• A notification email to your registered email address.
• In-app notifications on the rus33 mobile app.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The latest update date is always displayed at the top of this document.

If you do not agree with any changes made, you have the right to close your account before those changes take effect by contacting our customer support team.
